Audrey Demson, CPM, is the President and Designated Broker for Property Management Specialists, Inc. She is responsible for a large apartment portfolio, commercial properties and condominiums. Previously she was a consultant for apartment owners and property management companies. She has been managing properties since 1974.

Ms. Demson was voted CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER of the Year in 1989 by the Institute of Real Estate Management. She has held offices in the Chapter as Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice President, and she served as President in 1987. Ms. Demson also chaired the Education, ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER (ARM®), and Program Committees for the local Chapter.

Nationally, Ms. Demson has served on various committees including the Journal of Property Management and ARM Committees. She has been a national instructor for IREM since 1982.

Hans Thiele founded Property Management Specialists, Inc. in 1974. Hans is a Certified Property Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as a Master of Business Arts. He has been active in property management and Realtor-related activities since 1969. He and Gail have managed their own properties and have provided fee management for select clients in the Phoenix metropolitan area for over 30 years.
